In the context of these values, How to Change the World is dedicated to providing a safe, hospitable, and productive environment for everyone present. This includes the teaching team and the participants, regardless of ethnicity, religion, ability, physical appearance, sexuality or gender.

<aside> ❗ How to Change the World prohibits intimidating, threatening, or harassing conduct during our program. This policy applies equally to executive team members, experts and mentors, teaching team, participants and guests.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

Harassment will not be tolerated in any form. Harassment can include, but is not limited, to the following:

<aside> 📢 Reporting

Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, How to Change the World program organisers reserve the right to take any action they deem appropriate, ranging from a verbal warning to permanent expulsion from the program.

How to Change the World organisers may take action to address any actions or behaviour disrupting the program or making the environment hostile for any participants. We expect participants to follow these rules at all program events (whether in person or virtually) and during How to Change the World social and professional activities.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact a member of the teaching team immediately.
