You will be invited to the Bootcamp Workspace (including to your Team Space) the day before the start of your Bootcamp. Prior to that, we strongly encourage you to use your Personal Notion Workspace (which everyone gets when they create an account) to become familiar with the platform.

<aside> ℹ️ Very quick introduction to Notion Workspaces

For the purposes of this bootcamp, you can think of Notion as another form of collaborative Google Doc, but with a range of additional functionalities. Those include, but are not limited to: the ability to integrate multimedia (video, image, etc) components directly into pages; the ability publish straight to the web a couple of clicks; the ability to build, integrate and use project management capabilities; and the direct integration of databases and page cross-referencing.

<aside> 🗺️ Instructions for setting up Notion and joining the Bootcamp Workspace

1. Download and install the Notion App for your computer.
   • Although you can always access Notion via a browser, we strongly recommend downloading the App for better performance and functionality.
   • Versions of the Notion App are also available for phones and tablets.
2. Sign-in to (or create) your Notion account.
3. You will receive an invitation to join the Bootcamp Workspace the email you use to login to your How to Change the World account.
   • Once you accept that invitation, you will have access to the Bootcamp Resources (view only) and your Team Space (full access). </aside>
